Affiliate Marketing Tools – Do You Need Them?
Is it possible to be successful without paid affiliate marketing tools?
Yes. There are many different free tools and software available online. More than you would imagine. The tools you can buy or subscribe to are usually more advanced and the best ones are updated regularly. I operate with a combination of free and paid tools.
These are the tools I would use to publish an article: Micro Niche Finder (keyword research), Ultimate PLR Collection (PLR articles), The Best Spinner (article content spinner), Copyscape (verify uniqueness). I paid for all of these tools and they make my job easier. I would then manually submit unique versions to the top article directories. I have yet to join one of the automatic submission memberships because I have yet to delve into article marketing in a big way.
Video marketing caught my attention. For creating video, Camtasia is a must and that software is pricey but well worth it (Jing is a free alternative). Powerpoint is great for making slides for your videos (Open Office is a free alternative). Windows Movie Maker works very well as an editor once you learn the ropes. There are a ton of free resources online to get video content from. You can find free photos and free royalty free music. Free video clips can be found with a little digging.
If you took all my paid tools away I would be bummed out but I could still find a way. Internet Marketing is not easy and if there was a big button I could push to make a gazillion dollars, I would definitely lean on it. I have tried to find that button and in the process lost money, lots of time, and my innocence.
If affiliate marketing tools save time, they ultimately save money. I did not buy any of the tools I use until I started making sales with free methods. I thought of it as building my arsenal, one weapon at a time. I do have my eye on a fancy automatic submission tool…
